Mumbai’s iconic and oldest, 107-year-old dairy – Parsi Dairy Farm (PDF), will launch its third outlet in the Western suburb of Borivili on 25th November, 2023, as per news reports. Having recently unveiled its second outlet in Ghatkopar, a month ago, PDF’s expansion and modernisation plans aim to perpetuate its legacy and also connect more closely with its patrons. For those who haven’t been able to visit the Marine Lines flagship store or the newly-opened Ghatkopar store, can visit the Borivali store. With an aim to showcase traditional recipes with no preservatives, Parsi Dairy Farm has retained its purity while introducing a wider range of products. Founded in 1916, by Nariman Ardeshir, PDF commands an empire with farms in Mazgaon and stables in Andheri-Jogeshwari, carrying out operations across a 300-acre property on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway.
