The Indian Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (IASAP), known for a sizeable presence of Parsi professionals, held its 18^th National Convention held in Kolkata, from 22^nd to 25^th August, 2024, themed ‘Tilottama@2024: Ahead of the Curve’, with attendees from all six chapters of the Association (Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and Tamil Nadu) and the Mumbai Head Quarters, alongside some overseas delegates from IASAP affiliates.

The event featured engaging speeches sharing insights into various aspects of the profession. The highlight was

the Best Practice Contest, a CSR initiative aimed at empowering underprivileged women and girl child beneficiaries. IASAP’s Pune Chapter emerged victorious in this Contest. All Chapters were recognised with a citation certificate of participation. The Convention concluded with a city tour and a Bengali lunch.

IASAP is dedicated to enhancing the professional development of secretaries and administrative professionals in India and looks forward to continuing its mission of fostering professional growth and development in the years to come.
