The Clean & Green Udvada Trust (CGU) will unveil its latest pioneering initiative – the installation of three solar panels (through the generosity of Concast (India) Pvt. Ltd.,) as well as one microgrid, at three strategic locations within Udvada village, on 26th January, 2025. Dasturji Tehemton Burjorji Mirza will preside as Chief Guest on the auspicious occasion, at Jhandha Chowk in Udvada gaam.

With a lifespan of 25 years, these solar panels will provide substantial relief to the Gram Panchayat by ensuring uninterrupted street lighting. Additionally, the harnessed solar energy will also reduce dependence on non-renewable energy sources and make a significant contribution to minimizing the carbon footprint.
