Fourteen year old Renee Talati from St. Anne’s High School, Fort, was awarded the ‘Best Sportsperson’ (Overall Category) and ‘Best Footballer’ (Girls Category) at the recent inter-school cultural festival, Immaculata 2016, held at St. Mary’s School (ICSE), Mazagaon. Twenty four schools across Mumbai participated with 2000 children taking part in various events.

Renee been playing football since she was 9 years old.  She began her training with Kenkre Football Club, and now trains alongside the Maharashtra Girls Under 17 Team, Bodyline. Renee has been selected for Queen’s Park Rangers trials for 2 years in a row. Renee has also been chosen for the Under 14 National Team trials and Under 19 Maharashtra Team trials.
