Late Jal Hormasji Sethna, philanthropist extraordinaire, during his lifetime was a regular donor to the welfare activities of The WZO Trust Funds. Upon his passing, on 23^rd September, 2021, after receipt of his probate, his bequest was distributed amongst many community institutions, which included Atash Behrams, Agyaries, Centres for Senior Citizens and so on.

The WZO Trust Funds, in grateful acknowledgement and in honour of his very generous largesse, held a ceremony at their Senior Citizens Centre at Navsari on 18^th October, 2024, unveiling the portrait of Jal H. Sethna, his late parents and sister.

“We will always remember and cherish the memory of late Jal Sethna who gave willingly, happily whilst alive and even after donning his ethereal robes. May Jalbhai, his parents and sister all repose in everlasting peace. We also acknowledge with gratitude the services of Executors – Apurva Shah and Jimmy Kelawala for expeditiously disbursing the largesse to many community institutions in fulfilment of the wishes of Late Jal Sethna,” shared WZO Trust Funds Chairman – Dinshaw Tamboly, on behalf of the Trustees.
