The Parsee Gymkhana (PG), in affiliation with Maharashtra State Arm Wrestling Association, will conduct the All-Zoroastrian Arm Wrestling Competition, for men and women, on the 19th of November 2016, which will be the first time such an event will be held in South Mumbai. The weighing in will start at 3:30 pm on November 19th and will likely end by 9:00pm, followed by a contributory dinner. PG looks forward to entries and sponsorships for this event.
The Tournament, will be supervised by two table top referees (Head and Assistant Referees) and will be divided into four Weight Classes – Seniors; Juniors (under 18); Masters (above 40 years); and Grand Masters (Above 50 years) and proof of age will be given by producing a bona fide passport or such document. Teams will comprise four wrestlers which could be ‘Men and Women’, ‘All Men’ or ‘All Women’.
