A Karaoke program-cum-dinner, was organised by the Entertainment Committee of Elphinstone Cricket Club (ECC) on the eve of 15th December, where members and guests showed up in good numbers. A combination of old and new songs was sung by all with singers Adi Pardiwalla and Persis Vachha getting maximum applause, alongside Rumi Tatary, Jimmy Motiwala, Phiroze Mehta and Jt. Convenor, Farokh Tatary, who put up a great show with his team. Compered by Cyrus Pooniwala, the tempo of the program had everyone tapping their feet and swaying to the songs, and the eve was especially enjoyed by the senior residents of Pallonji Shapoorji Home who were given various prizes by the Entertainment Committee, sponsored by Pearl Gazdar and sponsorships arranged by Shahzad Gandhi. Dinner was catered by Keki Darji. ECC plans to repeat the program on their newly renovated terrace soon.
