Miron Shroff Wins HT’s ‘Mumbai’s Brightest Young Mind’

11-year-old, Miron Shroff, recently participated in the ‘Hindustan Times Scholarship Programme 2018’ held on 11th December, at Rangsharda Auditorium, Bandra, and was declared as one of ‘Mumbai’s Brightest Young Minds’. A student of Std. VI at St. Mary’s High School and an active member of XYZ’s Cyrus Superstars, Miron competed with 77,800 students across 207 schools in Mumbai, to shine as one of the top sixty students to receive this award. He was awarded a trophy, certificate and scholarship of Rs. 50,000/- from Hindustan Times by Bollywood Director Rohit Shetty, Manoj Nair and Ameya Bhise,

Speaking to Parsi Times, Miron says, “It will remain as one of the most cherished memory of my life. It was a dream come true when I received the award in front of my mother, grandfather, my school classmates and so many distinguished guests, teachers and children from various schools of Mumbai. I missed my dad as he is was away sailing. This award taught me that when we put in all our hard work, and passion into something, it always bears good results. My parents have taught me the 3Ds of Life – Desire, Dedication and Determination, which lead to your success.”
