Congratulations to 10-year-old Jehan Burzin Katrak on the completion of his Navar ceremony in being initiated into priesthood. Er. Jehan Katrak’s Navar ceremony was conducted at Vatcha Gandhi Agiary, in fond remembrance of his maternal grandfather, Fali Anklesaria, and performed by Er. Khushroo Kanga and Er. Varzavand H. Dadachanji, under the able guidance of Er. Hormuzd A. Dadachanji, on 18th December, 2023.

Gratitude is extended to the Agiary’s support staff and to Dhun aunty for her moral support, as also to Er. Jamshed Behramkamdin who helped teaching prayers. The son of proud parents – Naazneen and Burzin Katrak – Er. Jehan is a resident of New Khareghat Colony, studying in Class IV and also a member of the 16th East Bombay Zoroastrian Bharat Scout Group.
