The Women Graduates Union (WGU) Mumbai organized its Diwali Mela on 20th October 2018, with CEO of WAPIZ, Anahita Desai, as the Guest of Honour. The event commenced with lighting of the lamp in the august presence of President, Bina Thadani, Vice President and Chairman of Program and Fundraising Committee, Dr. Arnavaz Havewala, Trustees, Sheila Shastri and Shibani Chakravarty, Immediate Past President, Havovi Gandhi, Gauri Chhabria and Usha Allarakhia. The mela witnessed over twenty-nine tables, selling apparels, jewelry, purses, chocolates, Parsi snacks and a lot more. The Lions Club put up a table raising awareness about organ donation. The Diwali Mela concluded with WGU conducting a lucky draw.
