Ingredients: 3 – Avocados, pitted and coarsely mashed; Juice of 2 limes; 2 Tbsp – Freshly chopped Coriander; 1 Tbsp – Freshly chopped mint leaves; 1 Onion – very finely chopped; 1 – Jalapeño minced (seeded if you want to avoid spicy); ½ Tbsp – Oregano flakes; crushed Rock Salt to taste.
Method: In a large bowl, combine avocados, lime juice, coriander, mint leaves, onion, jalapeño, oregano and salt. Stir slowly with a fork through the avocados to help the mixture stay chunky. Once it’s reached your desired consistency, season with the crushed rock salt. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving. Enjoy with dippers of your choice – tacos, nachos, pita chips, potato wafers, bread sticks or vegetable sticks.
Ultimate Beer-Cheese Dip:
Ingredients: 2 Blocks Cream Cheese – softened to room temperature; 2 cups – Shredded Cheddar cheese; ¼ cup – Beer (Guinness/Fosters); 3 Tbsp – Finely chopped green tails of Spring Onion; 1 Tsp. – Black Cumin seeds; ½ Tsp – Black Pepper Freshly ground; 1 Tsp. – Garlic Powder; Rock Salt to taste.
Method: In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with greens of spring onions and serve with dippers of your choice. Enjoy with dippers of your choice – tacos, nachos, pita chips, potato wafers, bread sticks or vegetable sticks.
Awsum Almond-Bacon-Cheese Dip:
Ingredients: ½ Cup – Slivered Almonds, toasted; 1¼ Cup – Mayonnaise; 2 Tbsp. – Cream Cheese – softened; 4 Slices – Bacon, fried and crumbled, plus some for topping; 1½ Cup – Shredded Cheddar cheese; 2 – Spring Onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish; ¾ Tsp. – Black Peppercorns – freshly fround; Rock Salt to taste
Method: In a serving bowl, combine almonds, mayonnaise, cream cheese, bacon, cheddar and spring green onions. Season with salt and pepper and top with bacon and green onions. Enjoy with dippers of your choice.
