Lion Daara B Patel, Secretary General, Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA), was presented the Award of Excellence at the Pharma Leadership Summit held on 29th & 30th April 2021. He addressed the gathering on ‘Embracing Digitization in Pharma – Adopting the New Normal’, sharing pertinent pointers. 

He spoke of the ongoing digital revolution and how the pharmaceutical industry has triumphed in these times, learning to live with the new normal, which had replaced the earlier ‘perform or perish’ saying to ‘digitize or diminish’, and that it was no more the survival of the fittest, but that of the focused.
