Boman Irani’s Emotional Note To Son Kayoze On His Directorial Debut

Iconic actor, Boman Irani’s son, Kayoze Irani, is set to direct his first feature film and the proud father took to social media to share his good wishes for his son, last week. He shared some pics on his Instagram handle with wife Zenobia and Kayoze, wishing him the best of luck, “Our son Kayo leaves today for his directorial debut for his feature film. Blessings son. Do send us photos of the first day of the shoot.”

Not surprisingly, within a few minutes, industry friends took to the comment section also sharing their best wishes for Kayoze. Vicky Kaushal was the first ones to comment, dropping a few heart emojis in the comment box. Choreographer-filmmaker Farah Khan wrote, “All the best Kayo.. n lots of love to the proud parents.” Anil Kapoor also dropped a heart emoji. Dia Mirza wrote, “All the best Kayo @kayo.” Neil Nitin Mukesh commented, “Heartiest congratulations to you and the entire family. All the best dear brother .”

Kayoze Irani has previously directed ‘Ankahi’ from Netflix anthology ‘Ajeeb Dastaans’ and has also been an Assistant Director in many films from the Dharma Productions camp. He also appeared in Karan Johar’s film, ‘Student of the Year’ (2012) as an actor, alongside Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan. As per an ANI report, Janhvi Kapoor will feature in Kayoze’s upcoming film.

Meanwhile Boman Irani fans are anxiously awaiting to see him in Rajkumar Hirani’s Shah Rukh Khan-starrer film, ‘Dunki’, scheduled to be released in December, 2023.
