The weekend before last saw the Poonawallas celebrating the navjote ceremony of Cyrus and Darius, the children of Adar and Natasha Poonawalla, the family which brings great pride not just to our community and the nation, but to the world, being the founders of Serum Institute of India (SII), established by Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla in 1966, and reigns today as the global leader in the producer of vaccines (in volumes).
On the auspicious occasion, Natasha Poonawalla, who is known for her philanthropic work and impeccable fashion sense, shared several images on social media. Adar Poonawalla and his sons looked dapper in traditional Duglis, while fashionista mum – Natasha, stole the show in a gold saree.
Recently, Natasha Poonawalla made headlines for her appearance as a guest at King Charles’ coronation concert. The charismatic fashion icon is credited with keeping the style metre running on all occasion, be it the Met Gala Red Carpet Entry or just a travel vacation!
