Little Hearts Preschool Celebrates 25th Annual Concert Day

The Little Hearts Preschool, a Parsi Institution established in 1999, held its spectacular 25th Annual Concert, on 7th March, 2024, at the Mumbai Marathi Sahitya Sangh Auditorium. Over 125 tots, aged 1.8 years to 5 years, including several Parsi children, gave stellar performances which were greatly enjoyed by parents, families and friends, present in the packed auditorium. The teachers, a majority of whom are Parsis, put in great efforts to make it a spectacular event. The Silver Jubilee Year Annual Concert showcased the theme, ‘God’s World – Filled With Emotions and Values’.

Senior teacher and host of the show, Binaifer Kandawalla highlighted the immense potential that children possess and how the school endeavoured to foster confidence and love with learning activities, to bring out the best in the students.  The performances put a smile on everyone’s faces as the little performers depicted the importance of emotional responsibility, promoting joy and peace to build strong and make the world a better place. The highlight was a play, ‘The Little Red Hen’ teaching forgiveness and sharing. A musical medley on ‘Cinderella’ showcasing the power of prayers was a big hit, as was the lively ‘Rangeelo Dance’, which had the audience cheering for more.

Principal Dr. Meher Munshi then spoke about the learning and values imparted by the school, saying, “Our School imparts holistic education, which engages the mind, body and spirit and prepares students for the challenges of life. The efforts put in by the children and teachers towards a flawless concert have borne fruits today.”

The concert finale – ‘Count your Blessings’, received much applause even as the children, teachers and audience cheered on the school’s successful silver journey.
