Forty members of Xtremely Young Zoroastrian’s (XYZ) Behram’s Battalion organized an educational trip to the ‘GO Cheese Factory and Pride of Cows Milk Farm’ near Pune, on 8th December, 2018. The trip included a tour of the farms and various factory units, where milk was pasteurized, chunks of curd were churned and block and slice cheese was prepared and packaged. The trip concluded with cheesy refreshments!
