On 29th September, 2019, the vibrant seniors of Panthaki Baug descended at the pavilion for an exhilarating eve of music and fun with Hutoxi Tavadia of ‘Tarana Musicals’, under the auspices of Panthaki Baug Welfare Centre. Organised by the Baug’s five dynamic enthusiasts – Zarin Jesia, Mani Elavia, Freny Siganporia and Ardaviraf and wife, Khurshid Katrak – the evening commenced with the singing of the National Anthem followed by the Parsi Anthemn, ‘Chhaye hame Jarthosti’.
Hutoxi Tavadia ensured a musical bonanza, regaling one and all with evergreen hits – Bollywood and Western – drawing the nimble-footed Goldies on to the floor! Fun quizzing on Zoroastrianism and music, saw winners awarded with prizes of chocolates. The evening concluded amidst much clapping, cheering, sing-alongs, not missing out the sumptuous snacks, and of course a huge thank you to Hutoxi for the fabulous eve enjoyed by all!
