Parsi culinary legend, Tanaz Godiwalla, has made available her line of condiments under her flagship undertaking – ‘A Parsi Affair’, all across the US, through Amazon Prime.
The sweet and sour carrot-based pickle – ‘Gajar Meva Nu Achaar’; and the famous raw mango pickle ‘Gor Keri Meva Nu Achaar’ are the two condiments which will be available for nationwide delivery, much to the joy of Parsis in the USA. These vegetarian condiments have no added preservatives and stand out in the market as the first to include premium dry fruits and nuts like cashews and dates.
These condiments are based on secret heirloom recipes that have been perfected and handed down from generation to generation since 1969, providing that special taste of Parsi cuisine.
The much anticipated launch of ‘A Parsi Affair’ in the US on Amazon Prime marks a significant milestone for the Queen of Parsi Catering – Tanaz Godiwalla, a second-generation owner and award-winning chef, who has been the toast of all Parsi functions in Mumbai for over 3 decades now. Having catered for thousands of events, she is booked years in advance. She also runs a cloud kitchen that does food deliveries across Mumbai and had earlier launched her catering services in the United Kingdom, in 2021.
